1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order on dailyfairway.com, we begin preparing it for shipment immediately.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you complete your purchase. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam folder or log into your account on dailyfairway.com to view your order status.
2. Shipping Destinations
Daily Fairway currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to addresses outside of U.S. jurisdiction.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. If you enter such an address at checkout on dailyfairway.com, your order may be delayed or automatically canceled. For military personnel stationed overseas, we recommend using a stateside mailing address or family member address for delivery.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your Daily Fairway products arrive safely and on time. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package, we may use:

- FedEx (Ground, Express)
At checkout on dailyfairway.com, you will be shown available shipping options for your specific zip code. Please note that not all methods are available for every address (e.g., rural routes may have limited carrier selection).
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Important: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Daily Fairway. Weather events, carrier backlogs, or incorrect address information may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding when factors beyond our control affect delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped from dailyfairway.com, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can also track all your orders by logging into your account on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to show the first scan. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us through the support form on dailyfairway.com.
6. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, Daily Fairway reserves the right to send your order in separate packages at no extra cost to you. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. There is no need to contact us about split shipments – they are a normal part of our fulfillment process.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or undeliverable, we will contact you using the email associated with your order. To reship the package, you will need to pay any additional shipping charges. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the products only (original shipping charges are non‑refundable).
To avoid this, please double‑check your address on dailyfairway.com before clicking “Place Order.” If you realize an error immediately after ordering, log into your account to see if the order can still be edited.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” Daily Fairway considers the shipment complete. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location (e.g., work address, locked mailbox, or carrier hold‑for‑pickup where available).
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package after 48 hours:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or family members.
- Look around your property (porch, garage, side door, behind bushes).
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
If after these steps you still cannot locate the package, please visit dailyfairway.com and log into your account to file a delivery claim. We will work with the carrier on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.
For packages that show no tracking updates for 15 business days or more, please notify us immediately through the support section on dailyfairway.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Some products sold on dailyfairway.com (such as aerosol or flammable items, if any) are subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent via air or expedited methods. If your order contains such an item, only ground shipping will be available at checkout.
Additionally, Daily Fairway reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who repeatedly provides incorrect addresses, refuses to pay reshipment fees, or engages in fraudulent shipping activity.
